Foreign citizens not eligible for visa-free travel to Fiji should apply for a Fiji visa prior to traveling to Fiji. The Fiji visa is issued as single-entry valid for 3 months or multiple entry valid for 12 months from the date of issue, allowing a permitted duration of stay in Fiji for a maximum of 4 months. Contact your nearest Fiji embassy or representation office to set an appointment, if required.
o Submit the Fiji visa application form and all required documents at the Fiji embassy, consulate, or foreign mission abroad.
o Pay the Fiji visa application fees.
o The Fiji embassy will assess whether the application is complete, prior to sending it to the Fiji Immigration Department for processing and approval.
o If approved, collect your Fiji visa from the Fiji embassy or representation office where you applied.
o Make sure all information on the Fiji visa is correct and matches your passport.

Fiji visas are usually processed within 14 days from the date the Fiji visa application was received by the Fijian Immigration Department.
