Singapore is an island city-state on the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula in Southeast Asia. Singapore’s green sanctuaries and vibrant cities bustle with state-of-the-art architecture, luxurious resorts, history-rich neighborhoods, lush parks and gardens, beautiful waterfalls, and exciting world-class sites and events.
For entry into Singapore, some foreign nationals can enter visa-free, while others are required to obtain a visa. You are advised to apply for a Singapore visa within 30 days prior to your trip to Singapore. Please note that a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore, as the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) makes final entrance determinations.

Once the required documents have been gathered, make a copy for yourself and apply for your Singapore Visa through the following steps:
Complete Singapore Visa application form online, or make a print out of the form and fill it out by hand then sign it. You will have to fill in data regarding your personal information and details about your stay in Singapore.
Submit your Singapore visa application at the nearest Singapore embassy, consulate, or authorized Visa Application Center (VAC).
The processing fees will be collected at the time of submission for each application.
Receive your approved Singapore visa to your email or third-party service provider.
If you have a local contact, who is a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, with a “SingPass” account, your local contact can apply online for a Singapore visa on your behalf, via the SAVE system at the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website. Your local contact can print a copy of your approved e-Visa through the online SAVE system.
The Singapore visa processing fee is $30 and is non-refundable. For e-Service visas, you can make payment online with a major credit/debit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Within Singapore: A Singapore national, permanent resident, or authorized strategic partner can apply online on your behalf, via the SAVE system.
Outside Singapore: You can apply for a Singapore entry visa at your nearest Singapore embassy, consulate, or visa authorization center (VAC).
It is advisable to apply for a Singapore Visa within 30 days of your planned trip to Singapore, as times may vary depending on the individual application. For this reason, we advise you to apply well in advance of your planned trip.
Your Singapore visa will be processed within 3 business days, after the day of your application.
Once the Singapore Visa has been approved, you can legally enter Singapore and stay for the maximum number of days permitted within the visa’s validity period.
If your Singapore visa application has been rejected, you can appeal within one month of the rejection date to [email protected] .

A Singapore Entry Visa is your pre-permission pass to request entry into Singapore. Once you are approved for a Singapore Visa to travel to Singapore, you must then obtain the permission to enter Singapore. Before ICA can consider you for entry into Singapore, you must meet the following basic requirements:
To be permitted entry into Singapore, you must obtain a Singapore Visit Pass. As of 10 October 2021, all foreign nationals arriving to Singapore by air will be emailed a digital Visit Pass (e-Pass), which substitutes a passport entry stamp. Your digital e-Passes will state the maximum duration period you are allowed to stay in Singapore.
Please note that the duration stay period of your entry pass is different than the validity period of your entry visa.
Some countries may be eligible for Visa-Free Transit Facilities (VFTF), a visa-free 96-hour transit in Singapore. Eligible countries include Georgia, India, China, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
