Transit (B type) visas are for 5-day transit purposes through Ukraine and can be issued as single, double, or multiple entry for a 1-year validity period, or longer depending on the traveler’s visit purpose.
Short-term (C type) also known as the Ukraine tourist visa, this visa type is valid for 6 month and can be issued as single, double, or multiple entry, allowing a 90-day stay within every 180-day validity period. Depending on the traveler’s visit purpose, longer validity periods may be issued up to a maximum of 5 years.
Long-term (D type) visas are usually issued as multiple entry and are valid for 90 days. This visa is for long-term purposes, such as education and employment, where the visitor intends to apply for a temporary residence permit during the 90-day visa validity period. Depending on the traveler’s visit purpose, longer validity periods may be issued.
